Mission |
The mission of Sundays at the Shop is to provide performing artists a space to perform and to offer free theatrical events to the community. There is no fee for artists to use the theater.
This is a rare opportunity for performing artists to experiment with new work and showcase new plays. It is ideal for teachers looking to hone workshop skills. The Shop allows performance artists creative freedom and exploration. Anything goes at The Shop! Working in this space would be the real essence of community-based theatre. The success of Sundays at The Shop will rely on open dialogue between artists and audiences. |
